“ Current tenant of East Hampton moving out because I need larger space with in-unit washer dryer and Newport rentals do not have enough 1b with this specs. I wanted to give 5 stars because I am happy with everything and other buildings just suck. For East Hampton at least, all front desks have been great, responsive and friendly to tenants. We never changed doorman in the past 18 months I stayed. I feel safe here. Magnificent view with very large rooms. Reasonable price. Maintenance team respond to you very quick and really get things fixed. Utilities beyond resonable -- when people complain about $500+ utilities in multiple buildings in Grove street, we have 3 people in our apartment and we pay less than $40 in electricity for most of the time in a year. Highest bill was in January for about $300 but again, that was cold winter with 3 ppl using AC. I really don't want to move out. If only you guys have in-unit W/D. ”
